How long will it take to deliver my doors?

All orders qualify for standard delivery.

STANDARD - Your delivery should take between 5 – 7 working days, If all of your doors are in stock.

We also offer the following options:

SUPER EXPRESS - If you need your doors sooner than 48 hours, please call us to see if it is available for the item you need.

We can also offer the following delivery options (surcharges will apply):

Timed delivery - extra cost will be incurred, please enquire prior to placing your order (excluding pallet deliveries)

Saturday delivery - extra cost will be incurred, please enquire prior to placing your order (excluding pallet deliveries)

Please note - Special orders, delivery times for these doors may vary and estimated delivery date will be arranged prior to the order.

 

How much does it cost to get my doors delivered?

All orders are automatically calculated at checkout

Standard delivery is charged at £40 for the the first door, thereafter there will be a charge of £10 for each additional door. This will be capped at £70 and no further charges will be applied.

What is the price of Door furniture delivery and when will it get delivered?

Our door furniture will be delivered to you at a standard rate of £12.99

All door furniture will be sent by our D2F Special Carier in this case your furniture will be delivered to you within 1-3 days unless stated otherwise.

 

How much does it cost to get my flooring delivered?

All orders are automatically calculated at checkout

Standard delivery is charged at £60 per pallet, pallet prices are capped at £60.

Anything less than 10m2 will be charged at per pack delivery prices which is £13.99

How long will it take to deliver my flooring?

All orders qualify for standard delivery

How much is delivery for samples and how long do they take to be delivered?

Flooring samples are always FREE of charge and will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class and should be delivered the following day if ordered before 3pm.

 

Can I collect my order?

Yes collection is always FREE, please be aware to avoid disappointment or wasted journeys, please make sure you call us prior to arranging a collection to ensure we have stock of the item at our showroom, please call us to confirm on 0113 318 8944 or speak to us via the live chat feature.

 

Who will deliver my order?

Different couriers are used for different products we can guarantee whoever we use will provide a service that ensures your goods are delivered when promised.


How does delivery take place?

Our deliveries are made direct to your address please note delivery will only be made to your front door or easiest access point, doors will not be taken inside your home or in any specific room. We highly recommend arranging for help especially for the fire doors.

Deliveries are made by large vehicles therefore any restrictions that may affect the delivery need to be mentioned beforehand so arrangements can be made, any failed deliveries will incur a re-delivery charge


What time & day will my delivery be?

We use a variety of different courier companies we cannot provide accurate delivery times for our standard delivery. For most of our deliveries the courier will call you beforehand to try and arrange a time and day with you


Can I choose a delivery time?

You maybe able to choose a specific delivery time, however there maybe a surcharge. Please contact us for more info.


Will the delivery driver contact me to give me a delivery time?

Yes the delivery should call you a couple of hours beforehand to notify you he is on his way to deliver to you however this cannot be guaranteed for all deliveries.


What happens if I'm not at home for my delivery?

Depending on the courier they will try to redeliver. There maybe a surcharge.


Will the delivery driver help me take my goods inside?

Unfortunately due to insurance reasons the delivery driver will only be able to deliver to the nearest access point.

 

Will all charges auto update in my basket?

Yes all delivery charges will automatically be added and updated in your basket by entering your postcode.

 

Can I inspect my items for damage?

Please ensure you check all your packages upon arrival to ensure the order is complete & there is no damage that may have been caused during transit. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged/missing goods, please ensure you make a note of it on the courier’s paperwork & advise us of the issue immediately. Any claim for damaged goods cannot be made if it has not been signed for as damaged. Signing for the delivery as "unchecked" or similar annotations will not be accepted and we will accept no liability for shortage or damage subsequently delivered. Visible damage must be detailed and noted clearly by you at the time of receipt on the Delivery/Receipt Note for any claim to be entertained. Please make us aware of any issues as soon as possible. Any goods refused at time of delivery, that are found undamaged once returned, will be charged for their return to the warehouse.

 

Other Important Information

In the case that there is a problem with your goods, please contact us immediately, it is a must that everything is checked at the time of delivery. If any items are returned it must be at your cost and in re-sale able condition, this also means the goods must be in suitable packaging for the return transport. Precautions must be taken to prevent damage in transit, if we receive the returned items with damages and not in an acceptable condition we will charge accordingly.

It is possible due to unforeseen circumstances that an order may not reach its destination within the stated time frame, for this reason we strongly advise against booking installers until your goods have arrived as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.We strongly advise you not to book installers until your flooring has arrived and you have checked it as we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss.
