Under the United Kingdom's Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Doors2Floors and receive a full refund (Does not apply to special order items, please read above).
If you decide you want to cancel your order please call us immediately.
Please use the email firstname.lastname@example.org for all correspondence regarding your returns/cancellations. The live feature can also be used or you are always more than welcome to call us.
You are entitled to a refund if you want to exchange for something different or just want to return the goods, however this must be done within 14 days. For this all goods must be unused and In its original packaging. There will also be a 10% restocking fee.
If you do decide to return your goods please contact us before we will be able to take you through the steps that need to be taken.
Any goods that are returned the costs are your responsibility, if you speak to us before returning goods we will be able to advise you on who to use and how to pack the goods up properly. We highly recommend tthat goods are sent back so there is a tracking number and more importantly making sure that goods are well packaged. If the goods arrive to us as damaged due to inadequate protection we will be unable to process a full refund.
There will be no returns/refunds on any special orders e.g commercial fire doors, grand entrance front doors unless of course there is a fault or a mistake with the order (very unlikely)
After we have received your returns all refunds will only be made to the original method of payment, any delivery costs that were incurred to us will be excluded. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to clear into your account.
Returning Faulty Items
It is essential that upon delivery goods are inspected, if there are any damages the delivery note must be signed as and noted on as damaged. We will then make further arrangements for goods to be replaced or send the goods back with the delivery driver.
We must also be notified via email of any damages including photos. In some instances we may ask for the damage goods to be sent back to us for us to inspect the goods.
If damages are not notified to us within 48 hours of delivery any claims made will not be accepted.
Please be aware if the correct procedures are not taken to report faulty items it may affect your claim.
Doors2Floors will not be liable to any damages or expenses caused once the goods have been fitted. All items are sold within certain size specifications, any defects subsequently discovered after modification are expressly not accepted.
Returning In Store
If convenient for you any goods can be returned to us in store. All goods will be inspected and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the payment to clear.
Please note under no circumstances will be returns be able to made to any other Al Murad store.
