Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 5–10 working days. Next working day delivery is available on most products.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver across the UK. Arrangements can be made for Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Outer Hebrides, Shetland and the Isle of Wight.

Doors

What is the difference between prefinished and unfinished doors?

Prefinished doors arrive factory finished and ready to hang. Unfinished doors must be sealed and finished before installation.

What does FD30 mean?

FD30 indicates a door assembly tested to provide 30 minutes of fire resistance. See our Fire Door Guide.

Do I need a new frame?

Not always. See our Measuring Guide to check your existing opening.

Orders

Can I collect from your showroom?

Yes. Click and collect from our Batley store is free. Bring your confirmation email and photo ID.
