Deanta is an Irish manufacturer known for heavier, better-engineered internal doors: solid engineered cores, deep lippings and a pre-finished lacquer that needs no site sealing. Deanta doors at a glance

Deanta is one of the ranges we stock most deeply, covering internal doors, fire doors, wall panelling and matching hardware. Within the range the doors split by finish and by material, so the fastest way to shop is to decide the look first: oak, white primed, grey, walnut or black. Prefinished or unfinished

Deanta supply both. A fully finished door arrives lacquered or painted and can be hung and left, which is why most homeowners choose it: see fully finished internal doors. An unfinished door lets you match an existing stain or paint colour on site, but it must be sealed on all six faces, including the top and bottom edges, or it will move with the moisture in the room. Reading Deanta product codes

Deanta codes start with the leaf thickness in millimetres, then the range abbreviation, then the finish. A code beginning 35 is a standard 35mm internal door and a code beginning 45 is a 44 to 45mm fire door blank, which is why the same range appears twice in our catalogue: once as a standard door and once as an FD30 fire door. Suffixes such as WHP indicate white primed. If a glass letter appears in the middle of the code, the leaf is glazed.

Fire doors in the Deanta range

Several Deanta ranges are made as matching fire doors, so a landing can have the same door style throughout while the doors that need a rating are rated.
