Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Standard delivery is dispatched and delivered within 5–10 working days. Next working day delivery is available on most products subject to supplier cut-off times and stock availability. Deliveries take place between 7:00am and 9:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

Returns and cancellations

If you cancel before dispatch we will give you a full refund.

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a collection fee and a 25% restocking fee — see our returns information for full details.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty we will offer a replacement or a free return. Damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery, with three photographs per door emailed to sales@doors2floors.co.uk.

Bespoke, clearance and special-order items are non-returnable once confirmed.
